Assignments
Students will be responsible for the completion of 15 images produced during the semester.

NO OLD WORK WILL BE ACCEPTED

All work must be created in the traditional photo lab environment.

There are no specific assignments for this class, but students who work better within the constraints of assignments can be provided with assignments.

All information for this class is posted at withmeat.com

Students will meet a total of 3 times to critique their work and their progress.

Critique Dates:
September 19
October 17
December 12

Attendance
Students must arrive on time and be prepared to work.  Attendance is part of class participation.  It is the responsibility of the student to get any missed information and to use the dedicated lab time provided to complete their work.  Students may only use the Lab during the designated Friday and Saturday Lab times and are expected to sign in regardless of which day they use.

Grading Policies
Grading is based on many different aspects, including, but not limited to: Progress, technical ability, attendance, participation, intent, improvement, innovation, and the over-all quality of the work.

Critiques
Critiques are mandatory, so even if you have nothing to show, you must attend.  Failure to attend the critiques can result in a failing, or no credit, grade in the class.

Cheating and Plagiarism are against both the Instructor’s and the College’s student conduct policy. At the discretion of the Instructor, either will be punishable by a failing grade for the assignment or the course.

Additional Requirements
It is the responsibility of the student to know and adhere to all college deadlines and procedures. If you can no longer attend the class, make sure you drop it properly; failure to do so will result in an “F” grade in the class.

Please discuss any special needs you may require with the instructor at the beginning of the semester so that arrangements can be made to facilitate your success in the class.
