I’ve created this bLog as a way to communicate, distribute  and share information related to me and what I do.  The With Meat website  is at it’s core a teaching tool for me to allow students access to information that I have found useful and to facilitate their learning.  That said, this bLog also includes personal opinions and views that may or may not be popular.  Please remember, you are in no way obligated to come to this site, so if your views differ from mine, then please, keep them to yourself, or better yet, start your own bLog =)
